Fundamental to our philosophy of education is our partnership with parents through educating their children.

The involvement of parents in the College is encouraged through assisting in the classroom, co-curricular programs, parent programs or through the P&F.

Relationships at Hillcrest are valued with children and parents treated with respect, courtesy and friendship.

Discipline procedures in the College are positive, systematic and restorative. Quality regular communication both ways is encouraged. Our weekly College newsletter is the main vehicle for communication home regarding College events and the celebration of community.
