BOOM GATE TOKENS – KINDY & PREP PARENTS ONLY
To allow access through the Boom Gate for parking on the lower level of the MPH, Kindy and Prep parents require a boom gate key token. These are available from the Accounts Department. A fully refundable $10 deposit per token is required at the time of applying. Application forms are available from Accounts. For your convenience you may print off and complete the form below (please read the conditions) and come into Accounts to pick up the token. Tokens will be available from Monday 2 August.
