As a Christian School, we see it as important that staff are united in vision and purpose. We recognise the value of quality staff in the learning process and know that we teach out of who we are and what we have experienced.
As such, staff members employed by Hillcrest Christian College are to be practising Christians, actively involved in a local church.
Hillcrest is blessed to have a committed caring staff who encourage children to achieve their best. Children who are safe, accepted and happy are given the best opportunity to succeed.
