Hillcrest is a genuine Christian community that depends upon the active involvement of parents.

Philosophically, we partner with parents in the education of their children. Children generally benefit from parental involvement in their education. The success of the education program is enhanced by genuine, active interest from parents.

Parent involvement is coordinated by staff. Ways to be involved include:
•  Reading Groups
•  Classroom
•  Library
•  P&F Activities
•  Office Helpers
•  Parent-Teacher Interviews
•  Tuckshop
•  Performing Arts Support Group
•  Encourage children at College Sporting and Cultural Events
•  Sports Coaching/Management

Where parents are concerned about any matter to do with the College, we recommend a protocol for resolution:
•  Speak to the Classroom teacher
•  If the matter is not resolved, speak to the appropriate Coordinator.
•  If the matter is still not resolved, then it should be raised with the relevant Assistant Principal.
•  If the matter is still not resolved, then it should be raised with the Principal.

We undertake to hear any concerns from parents and work with you to seek resolution.
