The College has an active Parents’ and Friends’ group. It meets monthly, generally on the second Monday each month and are held in the College Library.

All parents are encouraged to be involved through the monthly meetings and the various activities of the association.

Each monthly meeting has a theme with invited speakers from the Hillcrest or wider community.

The Principal sees attendance at P&F as a priority and is happy to be involved in open dialogue and answer questions as required.

The P&F supports the College in many practical ways through:
•  Class parents
•  Canteen helpers
•  Working bees
•  Fundraising activities
•  Bi-annual School Fete

The P&F Association will continue to benefit the Hillcrest community through genuine fellowship among the parent body and the provision of resources to benefit children (eg. Air conditioning purchase for classrooms; sprung timber floor for Gymnasium; Gym equipment; and, Playground facilities.
